Ideal for: Divorcing couples who already agree on most major issues and simply need help navigating the discussion in a neutral, structured environment, without litigation.
Includes:

Half-Day or Full-Day mediation session with an experienced family law mediator

Guidance on division of assets, custody, and support

Mediator's summary of agreed-upon outcomes

Referrals to external legal document preparation services, if needed

Document drafting or court filings

Drafted Parenting Plans, Separation Agreements, or child support calculations
Cost: $250.00 per hour with deposit depending on service requested
Tier 2: Comprehensive Mediation + Document Drafting
Peace of Mind, Full Support
Ideal for: Divorcing couples who want both guided mediation and support to formalize their agreements.
Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

Document review and preparation including, Separation Agreement, Parenting Plan, and financial disclosures for both parties

Assistance with worksheets such as property, child support, and spousal maintenance calculations
Does NOT include:
